For the most accurate reading, simply aim the laser guide to the middle of the pizza stone and the reading will appear on the display screen. Aim for around 752 Deg (degrees) F (Fahrenheit)/400 Deg C (Celsius) for the perfect pizza that cooks in 60 seconds. Features a backlit screen for easy reading. Temperature measured in both Celsius and Fahrenheit. Durable plastic construction. Requires (1) 9-volt battery or (2) AAA batteries, included.
